As a clinician with over 30 years experience in the field, my goal is to create a safe, quiet space for clients to process and "unpack" the issues that interfere with the quality of one's life. Together we develop a skill set that can be taken out of the office and into one's actual life experience.
I work with adults, families, couples, adolescents and children. Presenting issues include anxiety, depression, mood disorders, interpersonal conflicts, parenting concerns and developmental challenges.
Treatment goals are explored and determined collaboratively and are frequently reviewed. Goals are unique to each individual, couple or family.
