As a Counselor, I seek to guide, encourage, and assist individuals through difficult or uncertain times in their lives. Learning how to navigate through relationships in order to feel more connected to ourselves and to others can seem daunting. It is my desire that those who enter into the counseling relationship should also find keys to understanding themselves and skills to cope with the various issues that may bring them there. Counseling is a helping relationship. It is a place where trust and mutual respect abide.
I have experience working with individuals who are seeking to improve their relationship with themselves and with others. My hope is that you experience a kinder, gentler, and more peaceful way of being. I believe that we can do scary things together and heal. There is hope and ways to get the love that you need.
