Life can be incredibly confusing, difficult, and overwhelming. There are so many issues, both in and out of our control, making life harder to handle. Negative thought/feeling patterns can change anyone's reactions and behaviors. This can make relationships and situations more challenging. I’ve lived my whole life in a family of first responders, public servants, and military and spent almost a decade working in mental health. There’s no conversation I’m afraid to broach, knowing the depth mental struggles can reach. Moving forward with therapy and taking responsibility for your health is an amazing first step.
