My passion as a therapist is working with individuals to develop strategies and the skills to make sustainable progress toward living a full and rewarding life. I am intensively trained in DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), and I specialize in working with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and the effects of traumatic experiences.
I am also particularly well-suited to work with clients who are transitioning back into their home and community following hospitalization and/or longer-term care for psychiatric stabilization. My clients describe me as warm, nonjudgmental, relatable, and unafraid to help them grapple with the most difficult of topics.
