At times we can find ourselves in a place where we feel lost, overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in unhealthy patterns. This is when therapy can provide a safe place to explore your inner world, process past experiences, build healthier skills, and reconnect to your authentic self. I am passionate about helping my clients navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship dynamics. Additionally, I work with ADHD, autism, and perfectionism to address the unique challenges that can emerge. While I value my clinical knowledge, I honor your innate wisdom by tailoring my approach to your unique needs and goals.

With a special focus on mind-body healing, I guide my clients in understanding how past experiences impact present functioning, often shaping their core beliefs and nervous system. I utilize a holistic approach to talk therapy that is based in a relational and attuned presence, and consisting of EMDR, parts work, and somatic practices.

In every session, I strive to create a grounded and authentic environment where you can feel emotionally safe to engage in honest reflection and meaningful growth.
