I have 9 years experience offering support to those going through hard things. I have a passion for supporting others struggling with anxiety, stress, adult ADHD, self-esteem, women's issues, POC issues, domestic violence and unhealthy boundaries. My approach mainly integrates mindfulness, person-centered, solution-focused and cognitive behavior therapies.
Recognizing that our experiences shape us, I believe in empowering others to choose how those experiences mold their future selves on their journey. I enjoy learning from and about others. I am dedicated to fostering growth and healing, as well as guiding individuals toward their goals and helping them reach their full potential.
