I have experience helping children, teens, adults, and families with struggles related to prenatal issues/women’s issues, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, PTSD, grief, depression, interpersonal issues, etc. As a counselor, I consider my approach to be holistic, focusing on the mind-body connection. I am trained in Somatic Attachment-Based EMDR for trauma processing.
