We provide online and in-person therapy for individuals, couples, and families in McKinney, Plano, Allen, Frisco, and throughout Texas. Our therapists help clients work through anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, stress, and major life transitions. Chinese-speaking and Vietnamese-speaking therapists are available. Our approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based therapies, including CBT, DBT, EMDR, mindfulness-based therapy, and ACT. We help you build coping skills, improve communication, strengthen relationships.
My approach integrates evidence-based therapies including CBT, DBT-informed strategies, EMDR, mindfulness, trauma-focused treatment, motivational interviewing, and person-centered care. I tailor each session to your goals, helping you build insight, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.
