12-Week Mindfulness-Based Grief Support Group
Kula Wellness Group is pleased to announce the next cohort of our 12-week virtual grief group designed to provide compassionate support and mindfulness-based coping strategies for individuals navigating the complex emotions of loss. Facilitated by Ally Sachs, NCC, this group will create a safe space for participants to explore their grief, connect with others, and build resilience through mindfulness and evidence-based practices. This group will be offered virtually via Zoom (accessible anywhere in Georgia) and will begin on February 24, 2026.
