I am LGBTQIA+ affirmative and serve people from ages five through young adulthood, primarily. I utilize evidenced based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) skills, Part work (Inner child work) and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).
