I am a therapist who values every “page of your book” or every “season.” My work is centered around Emotion Focused Therapy while also integrating holistic wellness strategies and practical lifestyle solutions to help deepen your sense of self and promote healing. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and have worked extensively with teens, adults, and couples for the past 15 years. My areas of focus are depression, anxiety, performance-based anxiety and sports psychology, relationship/marital issues, and women’s issues. I also specialize in teen/tween issues and parenting strategies.
My goal is to create a non-judgmental space where you can come just as you are. I value honesty and boldness, and maintain a sense of humor and lightheartedness in session when needed. I strongly believe therapy should be a place to be “unfiltered,” as well as a place to say the really hard things out loud. I look forward to meeting you!
