Are you frequently worrying about things you can’t control? Do you tend to talk negatively to yourself or feel like you aren’t enough? Are you concerned about relationship issues? Being a human today is hard and people come to therapy for many different reasons. It can be challenging to manage all the aspects of personal, professional, and family life, leaving self-care and wellness on the back burner. I am committed to helping individuals and couples improve communication, feel better, and live well. I value the importance of building a trusting and collaborative relationship and know that finding the right therapist can be hard.

I provide online therapy and primarily work with females ages 16+ and couples who are dealing with a wide range of issues including anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, and relationship issues. My approach is integrative, and I often pull from Attachment Theory, Emotion-Focused, Gottman, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy.

I will meet you where you are with compassion while welcoming all parts of you into our sessions. I provide a laid back and authentic space, and my goal is to make you feel safe, empowered, and help you deepen your understanding of yourself and improve your relationships.
