If you are feeling stuck, therapy is a great place to start. I will work with you to identify any barriers that are in the way of you reaching your goals and your highest potential. Some of the barriers clients face might include self-limiting beliefs, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, past trauma, emotional dis-regulation, or unhealthy relationships. There is hope for you to overcome the difficulties you are facing and you're not alone.
Every person is unique and their individual needs differ. I tailor my interventions to each client based on their needs and what is best for them. I may utilize EMDR therapy, mindfulness, DBT, or cognitive-based skills to support my clients. With my educational background in social work, I work from a social justice and systems perspective.
