With individuals, I help people work with their anxieties and trauma to find the life they want. I work with openness, curiosity and compassion to help changes happen in your life.
Helping people build healthy relationships with themselves and others is my passion. I hope to be a kind and encouraging presence as people heal. My practice is a place for people to put down their burdens and find a safe space as they work to change.
