Hi I am Ally and own Hope Mountain Wellness LLC. I find passion in working with adults age 20-50 years old. Please see my speciality list. No two individuals are alike so I approach therapy in a client centered manner. You are the expert of you; I help you explore and integrate that with therapeutic skills, somatic processes, and safety first. I use several techniques to help clients explore their experiences and goals. I make telehealth easy and fun!
I have a passion for working with young adults who have experienced or are experiencing trauma (PTSD), depression, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, gender affirming care, grief, and life transitions. I take the approach that my client is the expert of themselves and I am here to walk alongside you as discover what tools you need to feel better.
