When you’re not sure where to turn, therapy can be a place to start. A space where you can show up messy, unsure, and anxious. If you're feeling stuck in your head, second-guessing everything, overwhelmed by anxiety or unsure who you really are, you're not alone. I work with teens, young adults, and even connect well with adults who feel lost or just not quite themselves. I specialize in self-discovery by walking alongside as you explore self trust, self compassion, reconnect with your story, and learn to feel more confident.
We’ll look at how past wounds show up in the present, while bringing in solutions and helping you build tools for change. My work is collaborative & empowering. I bring empathy and sometimes a little humor when needed, to help you feel safe to go deep, but never pressured to be perfect. For deeper work beyond talk therapy, I also offer Brainspotting.
I believe growth happens through a strong therapeutic relationship, without it, being open & vulnerable can feel hard. Through honest conversations & empathy, I work to build that trust with you.
