I am a relationally based counselor who draws from interpersonal, humanistic, and existential theories. I work with children, teens, and adults who are navigating challenges such as life transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, suicidal ideation, family conflict, or grief and loss. Many of them feel stuck or disconnected from themselves, their relationships, or the life they want to be living. They’re looking for a space where they can safely unpack and process their experiences. I aim to help clients build insight, increase awareness, improve relationships, find relief, and reconnect with a sense of meaning.
I integrate evidence-based practices such as DBT, CBT, and play therapy, depending on the needs and age of the client. I believe my clients are the experts on themselves. My role is to simply act as a mirror—reflecting back their strengths, truths, and desires so they can move toward the life, identity, and relationships they envision.
