Current openings-Hi, I'm Ally, and I'm honored to meet you. I am an independently licensed therapist in Nebraska & Iowa with over 10 years of experience in mental health. I received my Master's degree in Clinical Counseling, with a concentration in Marriage & Family Therapy. I work with adults and couples. My therapeutic approaches include choice theory, solution-focused brief therapy, narrative therapy, and inner-child healing. I encourage my clients to live with better intention and understanding by sharing their life experiences and bringing attention to our human needs to feel secure, lovable, free, empowered, and fun!
When our needs go unmet, we make choices-helpful or hurtful to ourselves & our loved ones-in an attempt to feel fulfilled. Working together, we identify the unmet needs that are causing our anxiety/depression/stress, we learn mindful practices & communication skills, and we meet the need and make better, more-informed choices for our lives and relationships.
