I work with women, teens, young adults, and children (6+) who are tired of feeling anxious, overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, or like they have to hold everything together alone. Many of my clients come in carrying trauma, relationship wounds, perfectionism, low self-worth, or big life transitions. Therapy with me feels human: equal parts depth, honesty, safety, and laughter. I believe healing happens best when clients feel genuinely known, welcomed, and free to show up exactly as they are. Together, we make sense of the hard things while building a life that feels lighter, more connected, and more fully theirs.

I specialize in anxiety, trauma, self-esteem, and relationship struggles using CBT and EMDR therapy. My style is warm, relational, and approachable- thoughtful without feeling overly clinical. I want therapy to feel like a deep exhale: a place where insight, humor, safety, and meaningful growth can exist together.
