Come matter here. I strive to meet each client where they are, reminding them to “come matter here.” I view the therapeutic relationship as a valuable entity where safety, support, and value are cultivated to produce change. One way I create a safe space for my clients is by honoring their presence. Through this, I foster an environment that allows the client to acknowledge their past, accept their present, and imagine their future. Ultimately, I believe clinicians are the experts on change, while our clients are the experts of their own experiences.

I encourage all individuals to believe in their inherent worth and ability to belong and connect to one another and the world around them. I believe that a more dynamic and holistic approach to mental health treatment would better prepare individuals for the lifelong process of understanding their emotional selves.

I am very passionate about working with women. I enjoy working with children ages 6+, adolescents, and young adults. I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or EMDR Therapy to help individuals who struggle with worry, low self-esteem, trauma, life transitions, depression, anxiety and more.
