If you are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship conflict and/or family trauma, I want you to know that I am here to support you. During our therapy sessions, I will reassure you that you are not alone in this journey. Through a systemic approach, I help clients understand how their relationships and environment may be contributing to their symptoms. I work with them to explore their communication styles, their relationship patterns, and the impact of their family history on their current relationships.
