If it feels like your mind is constantly buzzing and you can’t seem to turn the volume down you’re not alone. Maybe you’re exhausted from overthinking every little thing, feeling anxious for no reason, or replaying old moments that still hurt. Life can be messy, between stress, sadness, relationships, or old wounds that show up uninvited. It’s easy to feel lost or stuck. The good news? You don’t need to have it all figured out to start. I’m passionate about helping people who are struggling with anxiety, depression, and trauma, as well as those simply trying to reconnect with themselves after feeling burnt out, unseen, or disconnect
My approach is warm, human, and creative. I don’t believe therapy has to feel stiff or clinical to be effective. Sometimes we talk, sometimes we breathe, and sometimes we draw, crochet, or color while we process what’s really going on. I believe self-expression is one of the most powerful forms of healing, especially when words don’t quite capture it all.
In our time together, you can expect honesty, compassion, and the occasional pop culture or nerdy reference (because therapy doesn’t have to be all heavy all the time). My hope is to create a space where you can show up fully as yourself: messy, curious, brave, and growing. Healing isn’t linear, but it is possible and you don’t have to do it alone.
