Welcome! I’ve spent the past 15 years working in mental health and supporting clients through challenges with sex and sexuality, depression, anxiety, relationships & boundaries, self-esteem, and explorations of gender identity. I am affirming of polyamory, LGBTQIA+ identities, and kink.

In our work together, I draw on modern psychodynamic and relational approaches as well as my formal training in EMDR and Sex Therapy. Ultimately, what matters most to me is cultivating a space where you feel understood and supported. Therapy is a place to tap into your own wisdom, make sense of patterns, and build new possibilities.
I strongly believe in the personal transformation and liberation that can be achieved through therapeutic work, while also acknowledging the realities and barriers of systemic oppression.
