My professional life has been consistently focused on serving people in need. After obtaining my bachelors degree from Michigan State University, I initially worked in the Governor's office in Lansing. I then decided to exercise my entrepreneurial spirit and transitioned into helping guide economically challenged families to find better housing solutions by developing low cost single family homes and developing large tracts of vacant and abandoned land. This work of helping families led me to desire doing work even more impactful, which led to my returning to school and obtaining my Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from the Michigan School of Professional Psychology.

Life is full of many different seasons, highs and lows, challenging and difficult, and we can often get lost in the flow of it all. Our founder has a Master's Degree from the number one school in clinical social work in the United States of America; the University of Michigan - Ann Arbor and was clinically trained as a social worker psychotherapist by the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Michigan Health System, where she also conducted research on a variety of mental health issues and continue to work with communities and groups of diverse backgrounds.
