With over 12 years of experience in crisis services, I bring a calm, grounded, and compassionate presence to my private practice. I am deeply committed to working with individuals who are choosing therapy as an intentional step towards healing, growth, and emotional wellness.
I believe mental wellness—like physical health—exists on a continuum and looks different for every person. Life’s challenges can create emotional peaks and valleys, and therapy offers a supportive space to develop the insight, skills, and resilience needed to navigate them more effectively.

and Psychodynamic Therapy, integrating mindfulness-based practices to support self-reflection, emotional balance, and long-term fulfillment. Together, we work to identify patterns, build practical coping strategies, and cultivate meaningful, sustainable change.
