I apply an eclectic approach tailored to meet the specific needs of each person or couple. My training in EMDR, CBT, ACT, CPT and DBT allows me to effectively treat trauma, PTSD, panic attacks, OCD, ADHD, depression or anxiety. I also take a special interest in individuals who are Neurodivergent, LGBTQIA, or other identity issues,

I often work with clients who are struggling with a mood disorder, personality disorder, neurodivergence, or some identity issues or relationship issues During our initial session we will do an intake and delve deeply into your history to gain a better understanding of who you are and collaborate on a plan and goals to get your life back.
