I work with children, adolescents, adults and families helping each to bring their strengths into focus and harmony back into their family lives.
With over ten years experience working with some of the most vulnerable children and families, I have adopted a strength-based, family-systems approach, often infusing cognitive-behavioral techniques into my work. I am also trained in EMDR, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and I have completed a 12-course Adoption Certificate Program.
I have vast knowledge of the Children's System of Care working closely with Care Management Organizations, Children's Mobile Response and the Family Crisis Intervention Unit. I have worked collaboratively with Child Protective Services, schools, probation, the courts and many other community providers over the past ten years.
