If you've found yourself in a period of your life where you're in need of more support and struggling with depression, adjustment to new life circumstances or increased anxiety, you are not alone and don't have to navigate these challenges alone. I have a passion for working with people who are facing similar challenges, with a goal to guide them to insights so that they feel better/best equipped to tackle life difficulties independently. I work with people to reduce shame and guilt all while learning to increase self love, confidence and acceptance.
I practice through a solution-focused and person-centered lens to empower you. My aim is to meet my clients where they are at, support them to achieve their treatment goals and safely manage life's unpredictabilities. I value creating and maintaining a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel they can unpack and process whatever they are navigating.
I have many years of clinical, professional experience working with children, adolescents and adults struggling with various mental health concerns, adjustment concerns and relational issues. My approach is inviting, relational and engaged geared toward you leaving our session feeling refreshed, validated, capable and supported.
