My passion is working with the unique challenges faced by emerging adults & adults dealing with ADHD, autism, anxiety, grief, and trauma. Specializing in emerging adults (18-30), I recognize the pivotal stage of life that this demographic represents, transitioning into adulthood and facing complex emotional and psychological changes. I work further with middle-aged adults (30-50) on adult-specific struggles such as feeling overwhelmed, navigating adult ADHD & autism, and healing long-ignored traumas. Finally, I'm trained in Brainspotting to help clients work through trauma, anxiety, mental blocks, overthinking, & negative emotions.
With a holistic approach, I combine elements of gestalt therapy, person-centered therapy, mindfulness-based interventions, and Brainspotting to guide clients towards personal growth, improved self-esteem, and enhanced overall well-being. With trust and empathy, I help you uncover your strengths, explore your potential, process trauma & cultivate resilience.
