I am a Licensed Counselor with 10 years of experience specializing in substance use, anxiety, depression, emotional & behavioral disturbances, and interpersonal impairments. In my clinical work, I am well-versed in both traditional therapeutic techniques as well as creative modalities such as mindfulness-based therapies, music & art, role play/modeling & exposure therapy, and hypnotherapy. I offer outpatient treatment for patients ages 13+ utilizing Behavior Therapy, Person-Centered, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Substance Abuse & Recovery services, and CBT in my approach. I have experience in both clinical and outpatient settings.
I offer Substance Abuse Evaluations, if you require one please prepare to bring the following info to your appointment: Substance Use History including any related legal involvement, Treatment History, Support Documents that cover your participation in recovery & sobriety thus far, Letters of Sobriety if able, & a copy of your 12-panel Drug Test Results.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends doing whatever we’re open to in the moment. I also enjoy crafting and getting artsy on other levels, traveling, spending time around animals & playing a variety of games. But my guilty pleasure is adding new movies and TV shows to my personal collection as often as I can, per wallet allowance.
