I specialize in intimacy and have successfully worked with clients to help them heal from sexual trauma, past sexual assault, sexual disorders such as erectile dysfunction or vaginismus, exploration of sexual identity, desire and libido dissatisfaction, and compulsive sexual behaviors.
I work with couples to guide them to reconnect from betrayal, strengthen communication, and increase sexual satisfaction.
My goal is to support individuals, couples, and families to heal from their past and create a life that is in alignment with their current goals and values.
I help clients to understand family dynamics and how that contributes to their own identity and sense of self. Clients will identify their goals to ignite healing and to stop destructive behaviors and choices that have lead to feelings of frustration, loneliness, and crisis, or feelings of being stuck.
These struggles can often affect the quality of life. Together, through the therapeutic process I work with clients to help dismantle their trauma and to unleash a life that they have always desired. Problems with intimacy can take many faces; ultimately, we want to be congruent with ourselves and those we love.
