Hello and welcome! I am currently accepting new telehealth clients in Vermont. Having worked as a hospice social worker for years, I specialize in grief counseling and support clients and caregivers around issues of aging, dementia, and death and dying. I also work with adolescents and adults navigating life transitions, low self-esteem, trauma, anxiety, depression, personal development, and self-exploration.
My therapeutic approach is humanistic, strengths-based, and relational. I utilize elements of IFS, CBT, and narrative therapy to process difficult emotions, uncover patterns of behaviors or thoughts that no longer serve you, and develop a deeper sense of self-compassion and understanding.
