If you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally exhausted, you’re not broken—and you don’t have to navigate it alone. Many of the adults I work with are capable and caring, yet feel stuck in survival mode. Therapy can be a place to slow down, breathe, and begin making sense of what you’ve been carrying.I specialize in supporting adults experiencing anxiety, chronic stress, burnout, postpartum challenges, and the impact of trauma as well as children working through trauma, life changes, school challenges, anxiety and depression.

Using a warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed approach grounded in ACT and EMDR, we work to understand patterns with compassion, process past experiences, and help you move from surviving to living in alignment with what matters most. As a Registered Play Therapist, I use play therapy to help children safely express emotions and build regulation skills.
