I help individuals navigate a wide range of challenges, including stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, women's issues, and supporting clients through life changes. I practice trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and play therapy, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. My approach focuses on fostering emotional well-being and personal growth through evidence-based techniques, offering both practical tools and emotional support for lasting change.
