Individuals that seek my services for a variety of reasons that may involve issues such as grief and loss, depression, anxiety, illness of a family member, enmeshment and boundary issues, trauma, family secrets, sibling conflicts, blended and/or non-traditional families, divorce and parenting concerns, and adult children and parent conflicts. People also seek my services for issues surrounding infidelity, separation, issues with communication, racial and cultural differences, and non-traditional relationship dynamics.
My therapeutic style consists of meeting people where they are in their varying situations from a holistic standpoint. I use an open-minded, non-judgmental approach to therapy where I work to view concerns from a non-pathologizing standpoint. I mainly center around systemic and strengthening based therapies that are drawn from CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused.
