About
I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and EMDR practitioner in private practice. I have extensive experience working with individuals and families for over 11 years. In my practice I promote clients towards growth, self awareness and empowerment through a variety of therapeutic techniques. Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) psychodynamic and humanistic (client centered) therapy are foremost in my practice. I know that each individual and their needs are unique and I believe in offering individualized care for each one of my clients.
I work specifically with Trauma, Loss, Addictions, Interpersonal relational issues and Attachment disorders.
I provide a safe space for my clients where together we explore and process painful experiences, address ineffective patterns and create a new way of living that best serves the client. I believe self awareness goes a long way in assisting the healing process. Most importantly I believe there is hope and change is possible.
