I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who provides a warm, supportive space for adults navigating trauma, grief, and challenges related to self-esteem and body image. I use a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach to help clients process difficult experiences, build coping skills, and reconnect with their sense of self. My goal is to support meaningful healing, resilience, and lasting emotional growth.
In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you and what brings you to therapy. I’ll ask about your current concerns, background, and goals, while also giving you space to share at your own pace. We’ll briefly review confidentiality, answer any questions, and begin identifying what feels most important to work on.
What stands out in my approach is a calm, collaborative, and trauma-informed style that prioritizes safety and trust. I integrate supportive therapy, strengths-based work, and EMDR to help clients process trauma, grief, and self-esteem concerns in a way that feels manageable and paced.
