I work with adults, focusing on maternal and paternal mental health, navigating the emotional demands of caregiving and everyday life.
I’m especially passionate about supporting parents raising neurodivergent children, as well as women navigating anxiety, identity shifts, and the mental load that often comes with caring for a family. When working with me, you can expect a calm, nurturing space where you can share without pressure or judgement while feeling supported.
