I believe that therapists and clients work together to figure out the best solution to your problems. My job is to provide a safe and caring environment where I foster your ability to find new solutions. I have been working in the mental health field since 1997. I work with individuals, couples, families, and teenagers.

I received in-depth training for individuals & families facing difficult challenges, fears, loss/grief, heart/cancer, self-esteem & life issues. Additional training with Mayo Clinic for mental and physical health.
