I provide OCD therapy, anxiety treatment, ARFID treatment, and eating disorder therapy for children, teens, and adults using evidence-based approaches including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Rumination-Focused ERP, EMDR, and Brainspotting to help clients find lasting relief and recovery.

My approach is compassionate, attuned, and deeply evidence-based. I integrate ERP, Rumination-Focused ERP, EMDR Therapy, Brainspotting, and nervous-system–aware care to help heal what’s underneath the symptoms, reduce compulsions, and support confident, grounded healing.
