I work with motivated adults individually and in couples who feel stuck in thoughts, emotions, or relationship patterns that just aren’t working. I also work with people struggling with a sudden stressor or who want to work through past events. This includes things like trauma, depression, a challenging transition or loss, low self-esteem, loneliness, or persistent conflict and disconnection from your partner. You might feel the impact at work, in your close relationships, or in your relationship with yourself.
I am passionate about using highly effective therapy methods to cultivate meaningful change and healing in people’s lives. My collaborative approach integrates evidence-based methods with compassion, humor, and attuned listening. I welcome long silences, fast-paced intensity, and everything in between. I primarily utilize IFS, EMDR, and EFT.
