I focus on providing a compassionate, fun, and trusting environment for each and everyone of my clients. I offer treatment for various concerns including trauma, ADHD, relational issues, life transitions, attachment issues, depression, and anxiety.
I use compassion matched with humor to create a relationship with my clients to promote change. I am EMDR trained and use various other modalities such as CBT, MI, and acceptance and commitment therapy. My approach is holistic, person centered, solution focused, and can provide a faith base approach if desired.
I believe that anyone can benefit from counseling. I work to meet clients where they are and tailor my approach to each individual situation.
