I specialize in Trauma and PTSD treatment (sexual trauma, childhood trauma, religious trauma, medical trauma, grief and loss). I utilize a trauma-informed approach including Progressive Counting, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy. I have experience working with all ages.
