We work closely with you to make sure you are getting your needs met and making progress in treatment. Our therapists use supportive talk-therapy, CBT, DBT, Crisis Intervention, EMDR for trauma, ERP for OCD, Expressive Arts, Sand Tray therapy, IFS, ACT, and Mindfulness Based therapy. We can also help with Attachment Trauma.
I ensure that each therapist is experienced, knowledgeable, and maintains strong rapport with all clients they see. The practice is held to a high standard.
