Welcome! We are always accepting New Clients at Healing Life Counseling. We are a compassionate group of mental health counselors who work with Children, Teenagers and Adults. We help with trauma and PTSD, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, suicidal ideations, crisis, borderline personality, relationship problems, bipolar, anger, LGBTQ+ and gender identity, Autism, self-harming, addiction, life changes, communication and social skills, grief & loss, eating disorders, boundaries, codependency, parenting skills, conflict resolution, school issues, ADHD, stress, work challenges, and financial stress.

We work closely with you to make sure you are getting your needs met and making progress in treatment. Our therapists use supportive talk-therapy, CBT, DBT, Crisis Intervention, EMDR for trauma, Expressive Arts, Sand Tray therapy, IFS, ACT, and Mindfulness Based therapy. We can also help with Attachment Trauma.

I ensure that each therapist is experienced, knowledgeable, and maintains strong rapport with all clients they see. The practice is held to a high standard.
