Being a human can feel heavy sometimes, but you don’t have to carry the load alone. Whether you're looking to address longstanding concerns or are unsure where to even start, I'm here to help. I have immediate availability to assist teens, adults, and couples at any stage of their healing journey.
I strive to create a safe and supportive space for all identities and cultures, utilizing an anti-oppressive and sex-positive approach. I focus on bringing attention to the present moment, reflecting on the thoughts and behaviors you might want to change, and identifying where your energy is actually worth spending.
I use a trauma-informed and human-centered approach, tailoring to what fits you best. My specialty areas include neurodivergence, gender and sexuality/LGBTQIA+ experiences, OCD, BPD, complex trauma, & anxiety. I utilize tools from ACT, mindfulness-based therapy, and ERP for OCD. For couples work, I am trained in and use emotionally focused therapy (EFT).
While I understand the impact our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors can have on us, I also understand that the world we live in has a profound effect on our well-being and ability to heal. I welcome anyone looking to understand themselves better, their past trauma, or simply navigate the daily stressors of being a human.
