As an intersectional-feminist, relational, psychodynamic therapist with 15+ years of experience, I'm warm and direct. As a complex trauma therapist, I help you approach your symptoms and struggles with compassion and curiosity, connecting them to formative traumas and foundational experiences. I'm anti-racist, anti-oppressive, queer and trans affirming, and I focus on multi-cultural humility. I will honor and help you build upon your psychological strengths.
