You don’t need to struggle with your child’s anxiety or behavior issues on your own. As a Psychologist, I use talk and play therapies designed specifically for your child and your unique family situation. Early treatment can provide benefits that last a lifetime and I aim for children to feel understood and heard while helping parents to gain insight and tangible strategies that can impact the dynamic of the entire family. With compassion, knowledge and energy, I offer hope, support, and solutions that result in progress and change.
I treat a range of disorders such as anxiety, ADHD, depression, sleep disturbances, behavior problems, & ARFlD & I am one of very few licensed clinicians, in Bergen County, offering Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT). I also use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and play therapy and I am trained in SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions).
Regardless of the issue, my priority is to understand how your child functions at home, at school, & in other aspects of life.
