I provider services for adolescent and adults, 13 years of age and older, on a virtual outpatient basis. My services include assistance with adjustment issues, anxiety, depression, family issues, self-esteem, sleep issues, and stress management.

In treatment we will utilize evidence-based modalities to include, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Strength-Based to meet your goals.
