About
Are you struggling with feelings of anxiety or depression? Having trouble with communicating how to you feel to others? Is someone in your family, such as your child, spouse or other family member experiencing these things? These are things I would like to help you with. My goal is to help you or your family to lead happier, well-balanced lives. My name is Allison and I have been working in a helping profession since I was 19 years old.
I specialize in working with trauma, play therapy, anxiety and depression. I am EMDR level I & II trained, as well as NCC and CCMHC certified. Many of my clients are struggling with feelings of anxiety and depression, whether it is something they have been dealing with for weeks, months or years, it is something that can be addressed and overcome.
I love helping people face their issues, changing and growing to work through their past experiences to be better prepared for the future, while still enjoying the present. I enjoy working with first responders and their families, as well as veterans and their families and I look forward to working with you, your loved ones or your family.
