Supporting young women rebuilding after a psychiatric hospitalization or crisis Recovering from a psychiatric hospitalization or a major crisis can feel isolating, confusing, and scary. You might be worried about staying on track, handling triggers, or managing overwhelming emotions. I help young adult women (18–40) navigate this transition safely and confidently.
Together, we focus on processing what happened, building coping skills, and creating tools to manage life outside of therapy, so you can regain stability and hope without feeling stuck. My approach is practical, compassionate, and collaborative, often using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing to help you understand patterns.
