About
I teach people how to meditate and how to create their own life (instead of life happening to them, like a victim). I call my work quantum integration, which assists people in shifting to a perspective where they change their own vibrations in order to change what they attract into their life. My therapy practice is currently full and closed to new clients, however, I host an online group focused on quantum integration. I also host retreats and workshops for those interested in quantum physics (the science of spirituality), meditation, and inner transformation.
Understanding your archetypal life themes and lessons settles a lot of inner conflict and re-ignites your life's direction. Getting out of your daily routine and submerging yourself in a wellness-based retreat or workshop sends you back into life with new energetic states that are more fulfilling. Join our monthly group for on-going support on your journey.
I have studied Jungian psychology, holistic health, energy therapies, meditation, astrology, and spirituality. Before becoming a psychotherapist, I was a massage therapist and grew to respect the link between the body and our inner experiences. Meditation and spirituality taught me that we are all connected. I am currently pursuing a PhD in Quantum Science.
